Jen Johannsen, a certified meditation teacher and licensed school psychologist, talks about how to reduce stress through non-weird meditation and mindfulness. She developed the Meditation Matchmaker Framework which enables her to pair people to the best meditation approach based on their preferences. Her secular approach takes the “woo-woo” out of meditation and makes it simple so that anyone can practice mindfulness.
