Jennifer Harrington is a passionate naturopath who is no stranger to hormonal imbalance herself. Today we talk all things menopause. Jen gives us natural solutions to help alleviate symptoms during the transition as well as what she recommends we consider for long term health and vitality. She also provides food for thought about how to think of menopause. It doesn’t have to be this dreaded period of time!
Jen spent her fertile years struggling with Polycystic ovaries syndrome (PCOS) and hormonal migraines and now that she is peri-menopausal, she has shifted her focus and is helping women from around the world transition into menopause as easily as possible. Jen started her online menopause clinic in 2014 and due to its success, ended up selling her old location-based wellness clinic to dedicate her practice to be exclusively menopause focused.
